Cheesecake with sour cream mousse
We have added a twist to the tradition cheesecake by covering the cake with delicious sour cream mousse. There is a baked cottage cheese and cream cheese cake on caramel base, which is in turn covered with sour cream mousse. The cake is decorated with caramelised coconut shavings and chocolate.
Cream cheese, sour cream 20%, classic biscuit (wheat flour high variety, sugar, margarine (vegetable oil, flavourings), egg, condensed milk, water, salt, raising agent (E500, E503 ), vanillin, flavouring), sugar, egg, farm butter 80%, brown sugar, vanilla, coconut flakes, dark chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soya lecithin E322, flavouring aroma, natural vanilla).
