Crème-Brûlée fine cake

We have shaped the classic and popular dessert into an uplifting cake. Crème-Brûlée cake is mostly prepared of whipped cream and custard and a jam roll with cowberry jam is added in layers. A taste nuance is added by tart cowberries. The cake is covered with caramelised egg white foam.


Cream 35%, cowberry jam, wheat flour high variety, sugar, egg, milk, frozen cowberries, gelatine, dark chocolate (cocoa spread, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier; soya lecithin E322, flavouring aroma, natural vanilla), marzipan (almonds, sugar, butter, water, invert sugar)
