Old Truffle fine cake

Old Truffle, with its rich flavour and three layers of chocolate sponge, makes a chocolate and whipped cream cake with a generous canned pear filling. Jamaican rum adds some spicy notes. Decorated with chocolate and physalis.


Canned pears, cream 35%, dark chocolate (cocoa spread, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soya lecithin E322, flavouring aroma, natural vanilla), eggs, sugar, wheat flour high variety, almond flour (almonds), Jamaican rum, cocoa, physalis.
