General conditions for ordering from Gustav Catering

Submitting, confirming the order, making changes
· The customer can make a price request on Gustav Catering’s website or place an order by phone or e-mail.
· The offer sent to the customer by Gustav Catering includes a description of the services, the price and, if necessary the period of validity of the offer.
· The customer confirms Gustav Catering’s offer in writing by e-mail.
· The number of participants indicated in the order can be changed by the customer up to 3 working days before the event by submitting changes you want in e-mail. The change will take effect after e-mail confirmation by both parties.
Accordingly to that Gustav Catering adjusts the services that are still possible to change. Later pretensions will be accepted only if possible or by prior agreement.
The volume of Gustav Catering services that can still be changed. Subsequent claims will be accepted, only if possible or by prior agreement.

Food, drink, inventory, transport
· Depending on the size of the work, the rental of the dishes needed to serve the ordered food and drink may be added.
· If food and drinks provided by the customer are offered, the rental price applies to the necessary equipment.
· Drinks are paid for according to actual consumption, all open bottles are included in the bill.
· At the customer’s request, Gustav Catering will pack the food left over from the event.
Gustav Catering is not responsible for the quality of the food brought by the customer from the party due to the limited sales time.
· A floor fee will be added to the transport price from the second floor, if there is no lift or the possibility to use it at the place of the event.
· Inventory destroyed or damaged as a result of the Customer’s activities the contracting authority is obliged to compensate the damage caused in full.

Payment, cancellation, satisfaction of claims (for companies)
· After the event, the customer will get an invoice with the final costs agreed during the event (overtime of waiters, quantities of beverages consumed, other ancillary products and services).
· Complaints about Gustav Catering services will be submitted by the customer within 2 working days after the event.
Subsequent pretensions will be settled if possible.

Payment, cancellation, satisfaction of claims (for individuals)
· On the basis of the offer, a prepayment invoice of up to 100% of the total amount of the offer will be submitted to the customer.
If the prepayment is not received in time, Gustav Catering has the right to cancel the offer.
· If the customer cancels the order: – no later than 8 working days before the event
Gustav Catering 100% in advance; – if you return 5-7 working days before the event
Gustav Catering 50% in advance; – less than 4 working days before the event,
Gustav Catering has the right not to refund the advance payment.
· After the party, the customer will be sent an invoice with the final and the customer
Coordinated costs during the event (overtime of waiters, quantities of beverages consumed, other ancillary products and services) and from which the prepayment invoices previously paid by the customer have been deducted.
· Complaints about Gustav Catering services will be submitted by the customer within 2 working days after the event.
Subsequent claims will be settled if possible.
